The Insider's Scoop in Bread Making is a hands-on workshop during Beechworth's Harvest Celebration, which is part of the High Country Harvest, North East Victoria’s celebration of food, wine and beer. The High Country Harvest festival takes place over 10 days from 18 – 27 May, with events ranging from alfresco festas and special harvest menus to hands-on cooking classes and behind-the-scenes tastings and tours.
Held in the bakehouse of the original Beechworth Bakery, each workshop participant will make their very own loaf of bread, which will be baked ready for pick up after the tour. Surely an opportunity not to be missed! The tour will take place at the Beechworth Bakery in 27 Camp Street, Beechworth.
