Turkish Plain $3.10     Savoury $3.95 A flat bread spread out and baked on trays rather than tins, this gives the rectangular shaped bread it’s unique characteristic. It turns a beautiful golden brown from the liberal dressing of olive oil just before going in the oven and is topped of with sesame and poppy seeds. Other toppings include Spinach & Feta and Tomato & Garlic. Great with dips & antipasti plates. Beechworth Sourdough Rye $4.30 A superb, moist loaf with a crispy crust, this bread is leavened using our own flour and water culture which is left to ferment with the aide of airborne yeast. Exceptionally flavoursome and great toasted. Ciabatta $4.95 This irregular shaped Italian bread is so called because it looks like an old shoe or slipper. It is made with a very wet dough flavoured with olive oil and when baked produces a bread with holes and a wonderfully chewy crust. Great dipped in olive oil and Dukka. Fruit loaf $3.95 A light, delicately spiced loaf bursting with sultanas, delicious when toasted & spread liberally with butter or jam. Pumpkin $4.95 Fresh pumpkin is used in this delicious loaf resulting in moist, tangy and slightly sweet bread with an indescribably good flavour, topped off with pumpkin seeds. Can be served with meats or cheese, or simply buttered.
